Mafanikio organizes internships, research and voluntary services across all sectors. Actively, internships are organized in the areas of health care (nursing, obstetrics, physical therapy, occupational therapy) and in humanity(social work, teaching and pedagogy). We also recruit students for international business studies for Vilnius University Business School, Lithuania. We work in partnership with local institutions which allow us to place intern students to undertake professional work under supervision for 6 -12 weeks respectively. Attention is paid to detail in order to garner a successful internship experience for the students. Most of our student interns are from Denmark, Germany, France & UK. Weensure a remarkable experience that ensures comfort, satisfaction into Kenya’s professional culture. Far from the cliché of volunteering, this program is a life-changing journey that puts the volunteer on the spot to come to terms with their strengths, weaknesses as well as fears. It is very dynamic and offers endless possibilities which in the end bring in satisfaction. It is exciting and challenging. Research is also professionally organized and has birthed objective theses that have been submitted.
